Rental-Purchase Plan

Logo for the page discussing our band instrument rental information at American Band Instrument Service.

American Band Instrument service has the best RENTAL-PURCHASE PLAN to help you get your child started in the school band cheaply, easily, and painlessly as possible.  This trial purchase is to give you a chance to see if your fifth or sixth grade student really wants to, or can play, an instrument.

It is fast and easy, you fill out a simple one-page form, pay a reasonable rental fee, and take the instrument home for a two-month trial period.  At the end of the trial period, you can do any one of three things.

Number 1 RETURN THE INSTRUMENT

There is no extra charge.  All you will have lost is the original rental fee. But you will have given your child their best chance to succeed.

Number 2 START PAYMENTS

Begin making monthly rental payments on your instrument.  At the end of a specified number of payments you will own the instrument.  It is just like if you bought and paid for the instrument over time.

Number 3   PAY OFF THE INSTRUMENT

If you wish, you can pay off the instrument anytime during the first three months of the contract and save all of the finance charge and get a nice discount off the cost of the instrument.  Also, your original rental fee is taken off the cost of the instrument. Further, you can pay off the instrument at any time during the course of the contract and receive a lesser discount.
