Is This the Same Plan Offered at the School “Instrument Drive”?
If our store was at your “instrument drive” yes, it is the same plan. If another store was at your school, then you can expect our plan to be easier to use and less expensive.
How Do I Avoid Paying Finance Charges?
If you wish, you can pay off the instrument anytime during the first three months of the contract and save the finance charges and get a nice discount off the cost of the instrument. Also, your original rental fee is taken off the cost of the instrument.
Can I Pay Off the Total Early?
Yes, if you wish, you can pay off the instrument at any time after the first three months and this will save you a prorated portion of the finance charge. You are welcome to call or come by the store to get the exact payoff amount. (call 903-593-3195)
What If My Student Quits Band?
If the instrument is currently on the payments, you may return the instrument anytime during the life of the contract. Payment up until the time of your returning the instrument are treated like rental and are not refunded. If there is, you will be responsible for any past-due rental payments.
What If My Instrument Is Lost, Stolen, or Destroyed?
In SOME CASES, your home owner’s insurance will cover the loss of your instrument. Ask your insurance agent about that. If it is not covered it can be added to your policy for a small extra cost. You are responsible for the instrument while it is in your care.
Can I Pay On-Line?
You may make payments by mail, by phone, or set up automatic payments. We are not set up for you to make payments on-line at this time.
Can I Make Automatic Payments?
It’s easy and convenient to set up automatic billing to a bank, credit card, or debit card. If you wish, any of these things can be done at the time you fill out rental form. Or, if you decide to do this later, the credit or debit card payment can be made over the phone.
Where or How Do I Make the Rental Payment.
As you wish, you can mail in a check, pay in the store, phone in a credit or debit card payment, or set up an automatic payment. Call us a 903-593-3195.
When Do I Start the Rental Payment?
During the first two-month trial period you will be sent coupon book. A due date will be indicated on each coupon. If you have any questions call us at 903-593-3195.
